He's not singing the blues.  After ending a six-year run as host of Nickelodeon series Blue's Clues in 2002, Burns returned to his first passion-music.  His debut rock and roll album, Songs for Dustmites, hits stores on August 12, but Burns isn't clueless about having to play to a different crowd,  "There won't be a lot of toddlers in the audience," says the 29-year-old, "but I do hope there are some forward-thinking soccer moms out there."
